Q: Why do you offer packages exclusively to team(s) and not individuals?
Our goal is to create a fun and memorable media package for the entire team, which includes video, custom artwork and high-quality images of the players in game situations. By choosing one of our team packages you are guaranteeing that no player feels left out of the experience.
Q: What is in your team package(s)?
We recognize that players and families have grown tired of receiving the same experience year over year. That is why we make changes to our packages each year...to keep it fun and interesting. Please contact us directly to find out the package options and pricing for the current season.
Q: I haven't seen your products before? How do I know what my team will receive?
We have several families, coaches and team managers who would give you their honest opinion on the media packages, product quality and overall experience. We also have samples that we can make available. Contact us directly to discuss further.
Q: How do you set your package pricing?
The pricing is based on a cost sharing model amongst a team of 16 players. One family paying for the media experience we develop would be very expensive but sharing the cost amongst the entire team makes it affordable for everyone.
Q: What if a player is absent from the game or practice you attend?
We recognize that we will need to attend several games and practices to ensure that action shots and video segments of each player are captured. We work closely with the team manager to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Q: Why do you promote teams using Teampages.com
Coordinating photo shoots and game day video amongst so many teams is very easy for the team manager and ourselves, when using Teampages.com. Each time your team manager makes a change in your schedule we receive an automatic notification. This allows us to actively plan our photo/video shoot times and show up with very little involvement or coordination by your team manager.
Q: Do you have a theme for the posters, player cards and TeamDVD/TeamDVD+ products?
Yes. Each year we design a theme around which all team package pieces are created. We don't let the package theme "out of the bag" until just before Christmas. When the first team package pieces are available. Visit our Youth Poster Series from the 2009-10 season to view last season's theme.
